Great Pics From Our Most Epic Show Yet

May 08, 2011

Thanks to the amazing work of New York's own Julian Mackler, we've immortalized that raging blast we had last weekend at the "false evolution" album release party.

Head on over to the gallery and ask yourself "why oh why haven't I been to a seaflux show yet?!?!"

Also, if you haven't checked out the NYC rock photoblog {GIMME SHUTTER}, now's your chance! Jasper was there for the epicness, so head over and see some equally amazing photos and write-ups for opening bands SwitchBlade and the mOrgans!!

Sneak Preview of the New seaflux album, "false evolution"

April 01, 2011

Never think that seaflux doesn't listen to their fans, even the wailing and gnashing of teeth in eager anticipation of the new seaflux release, false evolution.

Head on over to Bandcamp and you can stream the whole album for free. Need a little nugget of jam rock joy to take with you? Then download a free track (in your choice of esoteric formats, even) of the lead seaflux single, underworld.

While you're rocking out to the sweet jams, don't forget to add Friday, April 29th to your calendar. Then you'll stand no risk of missing out on the epic party that we're throwing with our friends Switchblade and the mOrgans, or picking a copy of the new disc in the "old-fashioned" CD format.

Listen to seaflux on Fish Fantasy Radio

February 23, 2011

Jay Sharp's Fish Fantasy Radio podcast features obscure, local, mainstream and friends' bands. He plays some B Sides, he plays some covers, but they ALL ROCK. Jay has graciously spun seaflux tracks as part of his podcast empire, and there's a ton more great bands played all the time.

Support local music in NYC, and listen to Fish Fantasy Radio!

Public Assembly Videos Now Online!

March 04, 2010
We've finally got great new videos available of our (in?)famous performance at Public Assembly this past January. It was the first show of the new decade, but all kinds of things fell into place at the last minute, including the first performance with our amazing new lighting designer Stephen Dettling.

We're especially excited to have these very high-quality recordings, produced by Maggie Chan of Greenlight Digital Media Also included in Maggie's final edit of this video is additional camerawork by seaflux superfan, alumnus, and digital archivist Susan Potoroka.

Check them out in our video section, or head over to YouTube to watch a playlist of the whole show.
